Best historic site trails in Unterspreewald

Loop in the Spreewald biosphere reserve in the state of Brandenburg. From Köthen with its lake of the same name, the route of the Dahme Umflutkanal leads to Leibsch and on to the edge of the forest to Groß Wasserburg. The last part goes from there on forest paths to the Swan Lake and then back to Köthen. You pass the 144-meter-high Wehlaberg, which is in the middle of the forest and has a lookout tower. Varied cycle tour in the Dahme-Heideseen Nature Park, Brandenburg. The route starts at the campsite in Groß Wasserburg. It follows various local cycle paths and roads and leads anti-clockwise to Lake Neuendorf, on to Beeskow, Fürstenwalde, Niederlehme and then Dolgenbrodt and Märkisch Buchholz back.
