Demanding, varied bike tour through the Spessart Nature Park and the Hafenlohr Valley. The tour offers a good mix of a good portion of altitude meters and a relaxed end along the banks of the Main. From Sulzbach am Main (train station) it goes via Aschaffenburg, Waldaschaff and Rothenbuch to Hafenlohr. From here it goes on the Main cycle path via Marktheidenfeld and Wertheim to Miltenberg (train station). From here you can take the train back to the starting point.
