The route then descends to the Arbach stream, which is followed for a short distance to the refuge in the Arbachtal valley. There is a barbecue area here that can be used for a picnic. The varied landscape of the Arbach valley shows all its facets here. Forests, meadows and fields alternate with small, dreamy villages....
