Through the forest of the Gysenbergpark uphill, via Bövinghauser Hellweg north past BO-Gerthe, behind the twin water towers downhill towards Castrop, shortly before Merklinde turn right past horse farms towards DO-Bövinghausen, through housing estates and past the railway station to the Zollern colliery, Shortly afterwards, descend along field paths into Dellwigtal, then northwards via Brandheide to Castrop-Frohlinde, past the golf course and through the forest to the old cemetery of Bodelschwingh Castle, via Dingen and Dorloh to Deininghauser Bach, through the "Grutholz" forest area. Past the hospital, Europaplatz and indoor swimming pool back into the next forest (Bladenhorst), via Holthausen and Lange Straße back to Gysenberg
