Panoramic circular route through the Schellernberg Forest, North Rhine-Westphalia.
The circular route leads through the Schellenberg forest and past the Korter cliff. From here there is a beautiful panoramic view over Lake Baldeney. The trail then descends steeply to Lake Baldeney and climbs back up to Schellenberg Forest past the Hundsnocken colliery. Passing Schellenberg Castle, the route finally returns to the starting point.
There are a few metres of elevation gain on this route. Dogs can run freely on the paths. However, dogs must be kept on a lead in the castle park.
