In order to avoid large crowds and to be able to comply with all hygiene rules, you start in different groups. The respective start time is noted on your ticket. The start takes place between 07:30 and 09:30. There will be start groups every 15 minutes. Even within the starting group you will not start with everyone at the same time, but every 30 seconds 4-5 participants will set off. The 7:30 a.m. start group does not start together at 7:30 a.m. sharp, but between 7:30 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. The same applies to the other start times.
