This idyllic circular route in the Swabian Alb biosphere reserve leads through quiet wooded areas and repeatedly follows the course of the Wiesaz. The start is in Gönningen, near the bus stop "Gönningen Seniorenzentrum". There is also a café here for refreshments. The route leads to the idyllic Gönningen lakes with small waterfalls and a barbecue area.
The route sometimes goes along smaller sections of the Roßbergstraße street, where a little caution is required. From here, however, the Roßberg with its Roßberghaus and great views can be visited.
