Best trails near Biber Beach

This is a relatively long loop that starts in Rüthen and explores the Arnsberg Forest Nature Park. The route runs mostly through the hills and forests of the area, with some openings to fields. It passes many small peaks in the area, including the Volksloh, the small Hoggenberg and the large Aesberg.

A varied day trip from Warstein to Rüthen through the Bilsteintal wildlife park, where, with a bit of luck, you can spot red deer, foxes and wild boar. The wildlife park is freely accessible all year round and free of charge, but dogs must be kept on a lead. Other highlights include the three Kahlenbergsköpfe and Körtlinghausen Castle. The tour is suitable for both mountain biking and walking, but depending on the weather, it can quickly become muddy.
