Beautiful circular route in Bavaria. It starts in the center of Krün. As the name suggests, 3 beautiful lakes are visited: Barmsee, Geroldsee and Grubsee. The tour through Gerold and Klais leads across open meadows and fields and through shady forest sections. In Krün there are inns and cafés to stop by. Panoramic hike from Klais, Bavaria. This tour offers wonderful views of the Wetterstein mountains. The start is quite steep, after which the route is easier and more relaxed into the Elmau valley. Here unique flora on the hummocky meadows, grazing sheep and a magnificent view of the Wettersteinwand will be found.
