This hike to the Notkarspitze has some steep sections. From the summit, you have a fantastic panoramic view of the Ammergau Alps, the rugged limestone mountains of the Wetterstein and Karwendel as well as the Ammersee and Lake Starnberg in the Bavarian Alpine foothills.
