This is the fourth and final stage of the certified SaaleHorizontale quality trail, a wonderful hike through the Saale valley, starting and finishing in Jena.
The fourth stage of the long-distance hiking trail starts in Dornburg and ends in Jena. It is worth spending a little time in the pretty town of Dornburg, which is known above all for its three Dornburg castles, before setting off on the hike.
