The Rheinsteig is one of the most beautiful and most popular long-distance hiking trails in Germany. This hike runs along the Rheinsteig from Kamp-Bornhofen via Kestert to St. Goarshausen and is therefore a direct precursor to the section from St. Goarshausen to Kaub known as the "royal stage". Several castles, vineyards and magnificent views of the Rhine Valley promise plenty of variety while hiking.
