Certified, panoramic premium hiking trail in the Rhine-Moselle-Eifel region, Rhineland-Palatinate.
After a short time, the trail climbs uphill to the Alzbachtalwasser biotope. Now it gets steep, but you walk through the forest in the shade. There is a bench at the top where you can rest and enjoy the marvellous views. The route then continues through the fields across the plateau. The trail continues downhill through the forest to the winegrower's hut, past old wine terraces - hence the name Terassenmosel. Here, the trail impresses with a beautiful view of Hatzenport and the Moselle. You walk through the vineyard to the Rabenlay viewpoint.
