Varied MTB tour on the Kalmit near Neustadt an der Weinstraße, Rhineland-Palatinate.
The tour starts at the Klausentalhütte car park and leads along perfectly rideable trails and paths via Hambach Castle to the Kalmit (672 m) and finally down to Hilschweiher. The route is quite challenging, with some steep ascents and descents.
It passes several more mountains in the region such as the Zwerchberg, Sternberg, Platte, Blättersberg and a few more. The entire route leads through the forest.
