A detour to the Achterhöhe viewing platform rewards you with sweeping views across the Siebenbach Valley. Forest tracks through unspoilt countryside lead past the historic Maisch spring and the Hammes wayside shrine, before the route follows the Üssbach stream back to Bad Bertrich.
