Beautiful circular route in Rhineland-Palatinate
The circular route begins at the car park very close to the Gethsemani monastery. It leads through the forests in the Spendel-Wildenstein nature reserve and between the Donnersberg and its neighbouring peak Signal. Close to the route, hidden in the forest, are the remains of Wildenstein Castle, which can be visited.
There is an inn for refreshments right at the starting point. It is possible to travel to Dannenfels by bus.
