A hike in the Monschau Heckenland. Pfeifen, church - forest path Kuckbachtal Lourdesgrotte, Eifelsteig - Perdsley-Wiseley-Widdau-Holderbachtal - Pfeifen. The hike starts at the church in Röhren. Interesting sights: Lourdes grotto in Rohren and distant views on the nature trail Picturesque mountain hike, some steep climbs and rocky paths. Not recommended in wet conditions. From the village down Borngasse. On the forest nature trail from the Lourdes Grotto deeper into the valley onto the Eifelsteig. Pass the Kohlemailerpaltz until shortly before Rurbrücke, cross the Kluckbach and climb steeply up to the "Wiseley" rock. Now take path 57 up to Widdau, past the inn and uphill into the Holderbach valley. The route then climbs again in the direction of Pfeifen to "Richeslskuhl" and descends back to the starting point.
