The Quellweg is a certified quality hiking trail to the west of Bielefeld. Starting from the hikers' car park at the Berghotel Quellental, you hike along mainly natural paths through the idyllic "Östlicher Teutoburger Wald" FFH area. This route combines the popular hiking trails Hermannsweg, Schwedenpatt, Försterpatt and the ridge path of the Teutoburg Forest to create a really beautiful loop around the Palsterkamper Berg. Sturdy shoes are recommended. There are two places to stop for refreshments. Accessible by bus and train (access from the Bielefelder Straße stop in Steinhagen).
