Picturesque, idyllic circular route on the car-free island of Hiddensee in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
This idyllic circular route starts in Kloster and first leads to the Altbessin nature reserve with its protected flora and fauna. The route then continues along the Hochuferweg trail through the Dornbuschwald forest to the Bakenberg (the highest point on the island) with its lighthouse built in 1888.
