The starting point for this fantastic hike along the north coast of Rügen is the "Drewoldke" campsite.
The nearest bus stop is within walking distance.
From the campsite you first walk
along the beach. Shortly before Goor, a path leads from the beach onto paved paths and the route continues towards Vitt. Vitt is a picturesque old fishing village and a very popular excursion destination. From Vitt, the path leads to the northernmost point of the island, Cape Arkona. There you can enjoy the fantastic view from two lighthouses. The way back is scenic above the cliffs. If you are lucky, you may see seals.
