Family-friendly mountain hike in the foothills of the Bavarian Alps between Bad Tölz and Lenggries.
Although this short hiking route has some very steep climbs from time to time, it is not dangerous and is also suitable for children. It leads from the hiking car park near Grundern across sunny and, especially in summer, flowering farm meadows to the Schürfenkopf with its fantastic views of the Karwendel.
As there are no refreshment stops along the way, a nice picnic on the meadow is recommended.
