From the free car park, it's a 30-minute walk up a rough forest path to the Sillberghaus. The Sillberghaus is a very professionally run establishment and is used exclusively by companies for event meetings during the week. Normal hikers can only stay there from Friday to Monday. The circular trail to the Auerspitz starts at the Sillberghaus. A rarely beautiful trail with marvellous panoramic views as far as the Hohe Tauern. Technically, this circular route is not critical. Walking time from the Sillberghaus to the Auerspitz (1,811m): approx. 3 hours From the Auerspitz back to the Sillberghaus: approx. 2.5 hours
