This is the 8-km route of the annual Tegelberglauf. However, the route can also be undertaken as a wonderful hike. A stop at the Drehhütte is recommended (note: no card payment possible, closed on Mondays). From the Tegelberg, you can either take the Tegelberg cable car back down to the valley or simply hike back to the car park along the same route.
