Varied mountain bike tour from Lebenhan in the Bavarian Rhön Nature Park.
The route starts in Lebenhan on the Franconian Marienweg via Wechterswickel to Frickenhausen. In Frickenhausen there is a nice lake with restaurants that invites you to linger. From Frickenhausen, the route continues over the "Roter Berg" in the direction of Mellrichstadt, which has a historic old town with a town wall between the Rhön and the Streutal valley. The route continues along the Streu to Stockheim. Take circular route no. 3 up the Geißberg to the "Hohe Schule" and on towards Ostheim and via Bastheim/Bad Neustadt, Geckenau and Wechterswickel back to the starting point.
