The mountain bike tour leads from Aschaffenburg to the western part of the Bavarian Spessart. The starting point of the circular tour is the Kronberg-Gymnasium in the Fasanerie. From there, the route runs via Bessenbach and Dörrmorsbach to the well-known excursion restaurant "Hohe Warte" and from there via Sulzbach and Schweinheim back to Aschaffenburg. It is designed for stronger and more experienced mountain bikers. The tour offers challenging and varied trails as well as impressive panoramic views, for example over the hills of the Vorspessart or the Main Valley.
