The Almbachklamm gorge is one of the most beautiful in the eastern Alps! It is normally open between May and October and can be visited for a fee. After the shady coolness of the gorge, the way back leads through a somewhat more open and sunny landscape.
It is possible to stop for refreshments at the beautiful Kugelmühle.
A bus runs to the starting point (Almbachklamm bus stop) and there is also a car park here.
