Stage 3 of the long-distance hiking trail "Donau-Zollernalb-Weg", Baden-Württemberg.
This is the third stage of the Donau-Zollernalb-Weg quality trail, which runs for almost 160 kilometres from Beuron in the Danube valley to Lemberg and crosses the highest part of the Swabian Alb.
The third stage starts in Gutenstein and the hike ends in Sigmaringen. Cultural attractions worth seeing such as the Inzighofen monastery and the ruins of Gebrochen Gutenstein line the route. The last four kilometres to Sigmaringen are hiked directly along the Danube. There are places to stay overnight and stop for refreshments.
