Stage 2 of the long-distance hiking trail "Donau-Zollernalb-Weg", Baden-Württemberg.
This is the second stage of the Donau-Zollernalb-Weg quality trail, which runs for almost 160 kilometres from Beuron in the Danube valley to Lemberg and crosses the highest part of the Swabian Alb.
The start of the second stage is in Hausen im Tal and the hike ends in Gutenstein. Two quite strenuous climbs await, but they are rewarded with a wealth of fantastic views and several ruins worth seeing. The highest rock face in the Danube valley is also a real highlight. Overnight accommodation and refreshment stops are available.
