Popular mountain bike tour in the Hessian Spessart Nature Park, Hesse. From the "Zehn Morgen" industrial estate, there is a constant ascent up to Bieberhöhe. This is followed by a fast descent on a wide "forest motorway" to the former Horst hunting lodge. The route continues past the Bad Orb golf club. Then you can enjoy a fast and rocky descent to Café Waldfriede. Finally, the highlight: a 2 km long, steep ascent (20% gradient in places!) to the Horstberg and back again via the Bieberhöhe....
