Scenic Loop in Bavaria, Germany. A beautiful circular hike that starts in Spitzingsee. If you come back here after the hike, you will find several restaurants to stop off and end the day. It goes clockwise to the Link Hut and further up the Haushammer Bach to the Stolzeneck. There are always great views of the lake along the way. You then hike over the Rotkopf to the Stümpfling and from there down into the valley and to the Spitzingsee.

Panoramic and challenging circular trail near Schliersee, Bavaria. From the Stümpflingbahn car park, the trail climbs steadily uphill to the Rosskopf (1,602 m). Here you should definitely stop for a moment and enjoy the marvellous view of the Karwendel mountains. With good visibility (and a foehn wind) you can sometimes even see as far as Munich.
