This route follows Stage 9 of the SalzAlpenSteig, traveling from Ramsau to Königssee on one of the more demanding days in the Berchtesgaden section. Panoramic stage 43 of the Via Alpina Violett, Bavaria. You can start at the car park near the Watzmannblick restaurant or arrive by bus. The special feature of this stage is the popular and panoramic brine pipeline trail. Due to the fairly flat route, the path is particularly suitable for pleasure hikers.
