The Jubiläumsweg is an 18 km long, well-known high-altitude trail in the Allgäu Alps. The trail is secured with ropes in places and surefootedness is definitely required. The starting point is the "Auf der Höh" car park and the end point is the Prinz-Luitpold-Haus, where you can stay overnight and stop for refreshments. From the Prinz-Luitpold-Haus follow the Heilbronner Weg to the Schönberghütte. From here it goes up to the flowery Laufbacher Eck. The Via Alpina follows the promising path north to the Edmund-Probst-Haus. From there you can either take the Nebelhorn cable car or walk to Oberstdorf.
