Starting from Binz, this path first leads out onto the famous pier and then along the coast. At 370 metres, the Binz pier is the second longest pier on the holiday island of Rügen. The hike is short, but offers beautiful views of the Baltic Sea from the beach and the village of Silvitz.

This hike explores both the village of Prora and the Rügen Natural Heritage Centre/Tree Top Walk. There are observation towers and information about the environment. It's a great place to take the kids. Please note that there is an entrance fee. The trail then continues to the coast with beautiful views of the Baltic Sea.
