Scenic mountain bike tour in the Bavarian Mangfallgebirge. From the Monialm, you cycle along the Weiße and Rote Valepp rivers to the Spitzingsee lake. There are numerous places to stop for refreshments, e.g. the Alte Wurzhütte or the Klausenhütte, and of course a breathtaking panorama of the mountain lake. In Rottach-Egern (736 m) from the small PP in Ludwig-Thoma-Straße a few metres in the direction of Enterrottach, then turn right into Hagrainstraße and follow the cycle path signposts "Kreuth" through the shady Weißachauen in a southerly direction to Kreuth (795 m). Turn left in an easterly direction into Sagenbachtal, past the Schwaigeralm, then slightly uphill in a southerly direction through Langenau.

This stage is mainly characterized by a lot of forest. But from the Riedereckalm this clears up and gives a view of the Risserkogel and the Grubeneck. From the Risserkogel you can enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Tegernsee. But soon you dive back into the shady forest and follow the hiking trail to the village of Kreuth.
