This route starts at the railway station in Plön on the Großer Plöner See and leads - past the Schöhsee - to Behl on the Behler See, then along the fields and meadows to Timmdorf on the eastern shore. After crossing the Schwentine between the headlands, the route now runs along the shore for a while, which is overgrown with an enchanting heath landscape. The route then continues between the large Madebrökensee and Edebergsee lakes into the Plön city forest, where you can also see the water tower.
