Panoramic & romantic hiking trail from Thum, Saxony. From Thum, follow the blue-marked path to the Greifensteine and enjoy a fantastic view of the Fichtelberg. The trail then continues to the Greifenbachstauweiher pond. If you like it romantic, you should follow the Röhrgrabenweg for a while. Passing the ski jumps, the trail continues to Geyer via the viewpoint at Walthershöhe. In Tannenberg, the path leads through the centre of a former manor, in front of which there is a historic tower. The route now leads out of the valley again, past the Erzgebirge Nature Conservation Centre, where covered seating invites you to take a break. The detour to the Schreckenberg ruins should not be missed, it is worth it for the view alone.
