This is a section of the Saxon City Route. The beautiful tour leads through impressive towns in Saxony - Görlitz, Bautzen and Meißen, to name but a few. There is a lot to discover in the towns and it is possible to plan as many breaks and overnight stays as desired. The tour starts in Görlitz. The city can be easily reached by train from Zittau, Cottbus, Dresden and Zgorzelec.
The Komplatt route is marked with a red "S" and also connects the Oder-Neisse, Spree, Elbe, Mulde and Zschopau river cycle paths.
