This circular route follows the track of the 38th Bischofswerdaer Heimatkundliche Wanderung 2013, organised by the Bischofswerdaer Wanderverein e.V. hiking association.
The hike starts and finishes at the Waldschlößchen car park. The trail continues via Hohwaldschänke, Klunker and Valtenberg via Waldhaus, Rupprechtshäuser and Neukircher Berg. It then returns to the starting point via Neuarnsdorf and Wilthen. The hike impresses with its natural paths through deep forests and fantastic views.
