Wonderful forest hike through the depths of the Düben Heath.
The trail starts at the car park of the charcoal kiln Eisenhammer, which is easily accessible via the B2. This can also be visited for a small fee (currently €1). The path through the magnificent forest is characterised by small hills, incredible idylls and small ponds, which are a meeting point for the local fauna in the species-rich and lively nature park. Behind the forest is the picturesque village of Reinharz, whose moated castle is famous beyond the borders of the country. Here and at the starting point you will find small refreshment stops.
