Certified premium hiking trail in the Saar-Hunsrück region, Saarland.
The dream loop leads to the south side of the 414 m high Litermont, the mountain fabled by the knight Maldix. A varied hiking tour can be expected here, past steep passages along the cliffs of the Litermont massif secured with thick ropes, through spring and stream areas and along wildly romantic paths. The diverse rock formations and always outstanding views are very beautiful. From the summit, grandiose views are offered across the Saar valley to France.
