Panoramic hike to Hambach Castle near Sankt Martin, Rhineland-Palatinate.
This hike starts and ends at the car park at the barbecue hut in Sankt Martin. From there, the route leads past the Sandwiesenweiher pond up to the Felsenmeer lake and on to the Kalmithaus, where you can enjoy a great view and stop for a bite to eat (note opening times).
From there, the route leads downhill past Waldhaus Wilhem to Sankt Martin. Refreshments are also available there. Finally, the Otto Roth Trail leads back to the starting point. Shortly before this, you can end the route on the barefoot path.
