Mostly signposted as a cycle path. Plenty of places to stop for refreshments.   The route leads from the former Ohligser railway station (Sauerbreystraße exit), which was renamed the main railway station in 2006, through the Lochbachtal valley past old industrial buildings to the Korkenziehertrasse. At the end of Korkenziehertrasse you come to the old Solingen main station, which was converted into a cultural centre in xxx. The old goods sheds now house artists' studios. The old railway station building now houses a restaurant. The route then continues towards Hohenscheid Castle and on into the Wupper valley. There the route leads past the Wupperhof along the Wupper to the Hasenmühle. There are various places to stop for refreshments along this section of the route. The route then leads past fields back to the starting point.
