The third stage of the Siegerland-Höhenring starts in Burbach/Lippe and leads up and down: up to the Trödelsteinen and the Hohenseelbachskopf natural monument, from the Mahlscheid nature conservation monument down to Herdorf, up to the Druidenstein and back down to Herkersdorf. By the time you reach Freusburg, you will have climbed quite a few metres in altitude. You can enjoy refreshments in the café at the castle and spend the night in the youth hostel.
