• Access information: This walking route uses the Bronkhorsterveer ferry. The ferry operates all year round, except in extreme weather, during high water or when there is ice on the river. The route leads through the Schüttenstein Forest, across the Regnit and over the green border to Holland. In Voorst, the 43 km route branches off and continues to picturesque Zeddam with the "Muur van Zeddam", a passage that is a must for every professional and amateur race in this region. Via Wehl, the route leads to the old Hanseatic city of Doesburg. After crossing the IJssel, you enter the most scenic area of this RTF, the Veluwezoom National Park, the second largest heathland area in Central Europe. Via Brummen, you take the ferry to Bronkhorst, the smallest town in Holland. Via Hoog-Keppel, Wehl, Terborg and Sinderen, you return to the starting point of the tour.
