Stage 7 of the long-distance hiking trail "Römerkanal-Wanderweg", North Rhine-Westphalia.
This is the seventh and final stage of the varied, approximately 115 km long Roman Canal Trail, which follows the course of a canal constructed by the Romans in the 1st century from Nettersheim through the High Fens-Eifel Nature Park to Sülz.
The seventh stage starts in Bühl and ends in Sülz. You can enjoy beautiful deciduous forests and lakes, great views of the Bay of the Rhine and several historical buildings.
There are places to stay overnight and stop for refreshments. The route can be reached by bus and train.
