The first part goes through the Soest Oberbörde between Hellweg and Haarweg. The second part through the Soester Unterbörde has detours over the Ahse river into the Lippe valley. There are approx. 260 metres in altitude to overcome. The permanent RTF "Through the Soester Börde" is advertised in the BDR's amateur sports calendar and takes place in accordance with the BDR's "General Regulations for Cycle Touring".
