Idyllic hike through the Naafbach valley from Overath to Kreuznaaf.
The hike starts at Overath railway station and leads along the Agger, via Cyriax, Gut Eichthal, over the Hasenberg into the Naafbach valley. You walk along paths and sometimes narrow tracks past Ingersauel and the old Naafmühle mill to the confluence of the Wenigerbach stream. Around 70 years ago, a dam was planned in the area of the hike, including the valley of the Wenigerbach. At the time, houses and mills were demolished and residents were evicted. The valley is now a nature reserve. From Kreuznaaf, you can take the bus back to Overath.
