Impressive circular cycle route in the Merfelder Bruch, North Rhine-Westphalia
This wonderful circular route starts in Dülmen, right by the railway station. There are also car parks here. The route is mostly easy - sometimes a little strenuous - through the beautiful nature reserve. Especially in spring, the magical blossoms in the rhododendron forest can be enjoyed. A highlight of the circular route is the only game stud in Europe. Hundreds of wild horses can be observed here at the weekend. They have long been recognised as a natural monument. Refreshments are available en route.
