This route follows the fourth stage of the Bergischer Weg and links Solingen-Gräfrath with Solingen-Burg. From Gräfrath, the route passes the Fauna Wildlife Park, through the Klosterbusch and down to the River Wupper. It climbs through the Burgholz Arboretum and passes industrial heritage sites such as the Manuelskotten and the Bergische Museumsbahn. The route continues through the Morsbach Valley to the Müngsten Bridge Park and along the banks of the Wupper to Solingen-Burg, home to the historic Burg Castle. Accommodation is available at inns and hotels in the villages; wild camping is prohibited in North Rhine-Westphalia.
