The Schweriner See Rundtour is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful long-distance hiking trails in northern Germany. The third stage of the 60 km circular hike starts in Flessenow on the northern shore of Lake Schwerin and ends in Mueß. With a route length of over 20 kilometres, this section through pretty little villages and past bathing spots that invite you to take a dip in the cool water is probably the most challenging. There are overnight accommodation and refreshment stops along the way.
